The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre is a world-class purpose-built venue renowned for its operational and service excellence. The Centre is located in a unique urban cultural and entertainment precinct in the heart of Brisbane.

Across the river from South Bank is the city centre, and this is accessible for pedestrians over Victoria Bridge. A popular way to explore Brisbane is via the City Cat services, which operate regularly along a network of 25 riverside terminals. Paper tickets can be purchased on board the City Cat vessel (cash only) and are valid for a two-hour period.
