* Student registration is available for those studying full time and who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible you will need to upload a copy of your student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status during the registration process.

*Members of the New Zealand Institute of Chemistry (NZIC) are eligible to register at the member rate.

Accommodation and travel expenses are additional to the registration fees.

When you register online, you will receive immediate confirmation of your registration via email.

Payment of registration fees

You can pay your registration fees online using MasterCard or Visa or select the option to pay via direct debit. A tax invoice will be emailed to the address supplied once you have submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment.

Payment may be made by:
Credit card – MasterCard or Visa.
Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.

Please deposit into the RACI congress bank account. Bank details will be provided on your invoice which you will receive via email upon registering.

Payment is due 14 days from the date of registration or prior to the commencement of the congress (whichever is first). If you are seeking the super early bird or early bird registration rate, payment must be made prior to the deadline.

Cancellation fees

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the congress secretariat.

Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the RACI 2022 congress secretariat is advised in writing.

Non-attendance due to COVID-19
If you are unable to attend this Event for the reason that it is unlawful for you to travel to the venue or, if such travel is lawful, you would be legally required to submit to quarantine or “lock-down” in either the place where the venue is located, or in your place of residence, then you will be eligible for a full refund of registration fees paid.

Standard cancellation fees
If you cancel your registration for any reason other than due to COVID-19:
(a) before 5 pm on 21 January 2022, you will receive a full refund of monies paid, less a cancellation fee of AUD$125;
(b) after the date referred to in paragraph (a) but before 5 pm on Monday 23 May, you will receive a refund of one half of monies actually paid;
(c) after the date referred to in paragraph (b), you have no entitlement to a refund of any amount. After this date, the Congress Committee will review any cancellations due to extenuating circumstances.

If any changes occur to the Event as advertised, reasonable endeavours will be made to arrange for reasonable substitutes, subject to availability and the circumstances that made the change(s) necessary or desirable. Notice of substantial and material changes will be placed on the website. You are responsible for checking for such notifications/alerts prior to the Event.

If you are processing this registration on behalf of an attendee, you must ensure that the attendee is aware of, and complies with these terms and conditions of registration and attendance.
