If you wish to extend your stay prior to or following the congress, please specify your requirements in the special instructions field during the accommodation booking process. Availability and rates will be checked with the hotel before your reservation is fully confirmed.

Please note that payment of accommodation is not taken at the time of completing an online congress registration, however a credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your room with the hotel. If the reservation is cancelled due to government imposed COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no fee to cancel or amend the booking. We can offer alternative dates or cancel with no fees.

Should Queensland Government travel restrictions, restrict and/or prevent travel into Queensland due to the COVID pandemic, accommodation can be postponed and/or rescheduled or cancelled with no penalty. In the case travel restrictions, by other States restrict and/or prevent the event from proceeding and utilising the accommodation block set out, the client will not be held responsible. The hotel will do their very best to accommodate the room block on alternative suitable dates or for unforeseen circumstances relating to the pandemic causing the event to cancel, the hotel will provide a refund of the deposits paid.
